Welcome to the first edition of SMNP, we’ll give you 5 games each Saturday, plus our record from previous weeks. Typical disclaimer, don’t be an idiot.

1) Take the OVER 61.5 on ORE/UVA … The near 23 point spread is tempting enough for this Ducks squad, but the reality is UVA is going to score. Even if it’s garbanzo beans time. Trust one thing, Oregon runs it up. Getting to 61.5 total is only a sweat if we’re talking first half.

2) Take UGA -3 vs. South Carolina … Yea I know, Clowney this and Clowney that. He’s the real deal no matter how gassed he was over a week ago. Here’s the thing, USC still struggled while UGA was a botched FG away from possibly winning last week. Georgia wins this, it may be close, but by more than 3 points.

3) Take the OVER 61.5 on OKLA/WVU… This one is simple, WVU edged the Sooners last year, both D’s were humiliated. Gone is Geno Smith, here is a blah offense that got by William & Mary. WVU will do anything, everything, whatever they can to score. Oklahoma will just score more, and more.

4) Take Ohio State -28 vs. SDSU … Aztecs lose get blown out by OVC powerhouse Eastern Illinois last week. Urban Meyer has all the justification to come out and run this score up. He’s already saying how the Aztecs are going to bounce back. No sir. You will win by 5 TD’s at least.

5) Take Louisville -41 vs. Eastern Kentucky … This whole FCS ride from last week ends now. Great win by Eastern last week over Robert Morris, but here’s the problem. Cards have two things that they are looking at, National Championship and Heisman. Second one will come with the first, so beating the living crap out of anyone and everyone that stands in their way continues today.
